This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") has been entered into electronically between the Seller, whose details are provided below, and the Buyer, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts.

BUYER: The customer who completes the transaction using the name, surname, address, and contact information provided during the order ("Buyer").
2. Subject matter of the contract
The subject matter of this Agreement is to define the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service, the specifications and sales price of which are set forth below, which the Buyer has ordered electronically through the onatakduman.com website owned by the Seller.
3. Product/Service Information Subject to the Contract
The type, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, and delivery details of the product/service are as specified on the order page and in the Pre-Contract Information Form. The listed prices are valid until updated and include taxes.
4. General Provisions
The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and electronically confirmed the preliminary information regarding the product’s essential characteristics, sales price, payment method, and delivery prior to placing the order. The Seller undertakes to deliver the product subject to this agreement in good condition, complete, and in accordance with the ordered specifications.
5. Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to cancel the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date for contracts regarding the sale of goods, or from the date the contract is concluded for contracts regarding the sale of services, without providing any reason and without paying a penalty. The notice of withdrawal must be submitted to the Seller in writing or via a durable medium through the communication channels listed above.
6. Cases where the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised
Pursuant to Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal does not apply to customized products prepared in accordance with the Buyer’s specifications, services performed immediately via electronic means, or intangible (digital) content delivered immediately to the consumer.
7. Events of Default and Legal Consequences
If the Buyer makes payments by credit card and defaults on such payments, the Buyer agrees to pay interest in accordance with the credit card agreement entered into with the card-issuing bank and to be liable to the bank.
8. Competent Court and Dispute Resolution
For the purposes of this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts located in the place of residence of the Buyer or the Seller have jurisdiction for claims up to the amount announced by the Ministry of Trade.
9. Enforcement
This Agreement shall enter into force upon the Buyer’s electronic confirmation of the order and shall be deemed to have been read and accepted by the parties.
